Warner Bros. Wins Investor Consent to Change Bond Agreements
Warner Bros. Discovery Inc. said it won agreement from bondholders to change the terms of some existing debt, bringing the company a step closer to selling itself to Paramount Skydance Corp. in a $110 billion deal.
